A place to call home: 'Be that special person;' Teen girl living with disabilities awaits adoption

A young lady in foster care living with disabilities is awaiting adoption. She needs a family that can give her one-on-one care and most of all, love. Lela lives at Horizons Residential Care Center in Rural Hall. The team there has worked closely with Lela and they want to share all of her positive growth with others.
