WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP? A PALEONTOLOGIST? WHAT IS THAT? IT’S ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT STUDIES DINOSAURS. DO YOU LIKE SCHOOL? WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SUBJECT? LAB. WHAT DO YOU DO IN LAB? MAKE PARACHUTES. NEXT UP, BOWLING CAUGHT HIS EYE. A YOUNG BOY LOOKING UPRIGHT. AND AS I GOT TO KNOW DESHAUN, HE GAVE A SWEET SENTIMENT WHEN HE THINKS ABOUT GETTING ADOPTED ONE DAY, HOW DOES IT MAKE YOU FEEL HAPPY? THEY TAKE CARE OF ME. HE ALSO WANTED YOU TO KNOW I LIKE MYSELF. AND. I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. OH, YOU LOOK UP AT ME SO I CAN SEE YOUR PRETTY BROWN EYES. YEAH. I ALSO LEARNED THAT DESHAUN WOULD RESPOND BEST IN A TWO PARENT HOME AND WOULD THRIVE WITH A FAMILY WHO WILL ADVOCATE FOR HIM IN SCHOOL AND OUR COMMUNITY. An 11-year-old boy living in foster care is in need of a patient and loving family to help raise him. The Children's Home Society of North Carolina said Deshawn is a helpful, outgoing and friendly boy. He loves school, and his favorite thing to learn about is dinosaurs.
