A Randolph County man was sentenced to a total of 260 months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography, according to United States Attorney Sandra J. In the interview, Faison admitted to viewing and exchanging pictures depicting child pornography online. On Feb. 1, 2021, Faison gave written permission to search three phones he owned. Faison was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the possession of child pornography and 20 years in prison for the production of child pornography.After his sentence, he will be under a lifetime supervised release. According to court records, the Archdale Police Department interviewed Kevin Faison on January 31, 2021. In the interview, Faison admitted to viewing and exchanging pictures depicting child pornography online.

On Feb. 1, 2021, Faison gave written permission to search three phones he owned. One of the phones contains more than 300 photos of child pornography, including some that looked like they were produced by Faison.

Faison was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the possession of child pornography and 20 years in prison for the production of child pornography.
