THE ALAMANCE-BURLINGTON SCHOOL SYSTEM TELLS US IT IS CONSIDERING JOINING A LAWSUIT TO SUE FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, SNAPCHAT AND YOUTUBE.
