A man was arrested on animal cruelty charges, according to deputies with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.On Jan. 24, Forsyth County deputies with the Animal Services Division responded to the 1400 block of E. 23rd Street in Winston-Salem following a report of an injured animal.
