'Crack is Wack' especially when you bring it to court with you, North Carolina deputies say
A man is now facing more charges after he brought 41 grams of crack into court after showing up late to a hearing, according to the Union County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina.
The office posted about the arrest on Facebook with the title: "Crack is Wack…. Especially at the Union County Judicial Center."

They said 41-year-old Cleveland Waters was expected at the Union County Judicial Center for a court hearing but didn't arrive on time.
Deputies said a warrant was put out for this arrest and was served when Waters at court later.

After deputies told Waters to put his hands behind his back, they said he reached into the rear of his pants and tried to hide 41 grams of crack.
Waters told the officials, "Those drugs are not mine," but deputies said surveillance video showed otherwise.
They said the video surveillance footage showed that Waters had tried to hide approximately 41 grams of cocaine that he had retrieved from the inside of his pants.

Waters now faces multiple additional charges, including felony possession of cocaine, felony possession with intent to distribute cocaine, felony trafficking in cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He remains in custody at this time, and his conditions of release have not yet been set.
