This Miami federal courthouse is where former President Donald Trump will appear Tuesday to be formally arraigned on *** 37 count. Criminal indictment just unsealed after being handed up by *** grand jury here last night. The indictment says Mr Trump kept classified White House documents at Mar *** Lago and his Bedminster Club in New Jersey and with his valet discuss to keep the justice department and the national archives from realizing he still had unauthorized possession of the records after he left the White House. The indictment says those documents include some of the most sensitive us military secrets, including information on the US nuclear program and potential domestic vulnerabilities in the event of an attack. Trump will be arraigned Tuesday afternoon on those charges. He says he is innocent. It will happen here in Miami but it is unclear if his trial will be held here in Miami or in Palm Beach County where Mar *** Lago is or ST Lucie County where the judge who has been assigned the case usually presides and those charges do carry significant prison time if they end in *** conviction in Miami.
