A man faces federal prison time for what he exposed passengers to during a cross-country flight to North Carolina, officials from the U.S. Department of Justice said. The crime happened on Aug. 27, 2020, as Evan Thomas Carter, 46, of Seattle, Washington, was traveling on American Airlines Flight 560 from Seattle to Charlotte, according to a release from U.S. Attorney Dena J. King's office."Trial evidence established that, over the course of the flight, Carter exposed his genitalia to the passengers seated in his row and was rubbing himself," the release said. "Trial evidence showed that Carter would hide his genitalia when people walked down the aisle and was exposed for at least 20 minutes until the passengers in his row were moved."
