BUT HAPPENING NOW AND FIRST AT 4:00 BURLINGTON. POLICE ARE SEARCHING FOR A MAN WHO’S ACCUSED OF SETTING A HOUSE ON FIRE AND WXII 12 KELLY KENDALL JOINS US LIVE NOW. KELLY, WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THE FIRE AND ABOUT THE SUSPECT? BERLIN POLICE ARE SEARCHING FOR A MAN WHO THEY SAY SET A FIRE AT 612 MAPLE AVENUE. POLICE RECEIVED A911 CALL YESTERDAY, TUESDAY AFTERNOON, AROUND 350. FIREFIGHTERS WERE QUICKLY ABLE TO TO PUT OUT THE FLAMES AND NO ONE WAS INJURED. RIGHT NOW THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THE SUSPECT, LEONARD BURN. LEONARD JOHNSON, POLICE SAY THE 38 YEAR OLD LIVED AT THE HOME. THEY DESCRIBED THE PROPERTY AS A BOARDING HOUSE WITH SEVERAL OCCUPANTS FOR PEOPLE WERE INSIDE THE HOME WHEN THE FIRE BROKE OUT. FORTUNATELY, AGAIN, NO ONE WAS INJURED. POLICE SAY JOHNSON SET CURTAINS NEAR THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE ON FIRE WAS NEAR THE FRONT DOOR AND THROUGH OUR INVESTIGATION, WE DETERMINED THAT THE RESIDENT SET THE CURTAINS ON FIRE AROUND THE DOOR. JOHNSON NOW FACES FOUR COUNTS OF FIRST DEGREE ARSON AND POLICE HAVE NOT YET REVEALED A MOTIVE. ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING JOHNSON’S WHEREABOUTS SHOULD CONTACT BURLINGTON POLICE OR ALAMANCE COUNTY CRIME STOPPERS. IN BURLINGTON, I’M KELLI KENDALL, WXII 12 NEWS. NOW, THE ONLY THING POLICE WILL TELL US IS THAT THIS IS PART OF A LARGER INVESTIGATION, AND MORE DETAILS WILL BE RELEASED LATER ON. WE WILL HAVE THOSE FOR YOU ONCE WE GET THEM. THE HUSBAND OF A WOMAN WHO PLED GUILTY TO FIRING SHOTS AT SPECTRUM’S CORPORATE OFFICE IN GREENSBORO FACED A JUDGE TODAY. RICHARD INGRAM JUNIOR IS CHARGED WITH CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON AND OBSTRUCTING A POLICE OFFICER. COURT OFFICIALS TELL US HIS NEXT COURT HEARING IS ON APRIL 9TH. LAST JUNE, HIS WIFE, JASLYN INGRAM, RESIGNED FROM HER POSITION, LEFT THE BUILDING AND THEN CAME BACK TO THE OFFICE ON REGIONAL ROAD, FIRED A WEAPON AT THE FRONT DOOR AND WENT UP TO THE HR OFFICE. NO ONE WAS HURT IN JANUARY, JASLYN PLED GUILTY TO CHARGES OF FIRING A WEAPON INTO AN OCCUPIED PROPERTY, AS WELL AS TWO COUNTS OF SECOND DEGREE KIDNAPING. SHE WAS SENTENCED TO 30 MONTHS PROBATION AND 120 DAYS IN JAIL. THE TIME THAT SHE HAS ALREADY SERVED WILL BE ACCOUNTED FOR. PART OF WEST WENDOVER AVENUE IN GREENSBORO IS CLOSED WHILE CREWS FIX A WATER MAIN BREAK. THIS IS HAPPENING BETWEEN WINSTON STREET TO GOLDSBORO STREET. WE’RE TOLD AROUND 40 CUSTOMERS LOST WATER SERVICE. TWO LANES ARE CLOSED, WHILE UTILITY CREWS FIX THAT BROKEN PIPE. THE WORK IS EXPECTED TO BE FINISHED BY 8:00 IN WILKES COUNTY, THE NORTH CAROLINA FOREST SERVICE IS WORKING TO PUT OUT A 125 ACRE WOODS FIRE. On Wednesday, March 13, detectives with the Rowan County Sheriff's Office rescued a missing 16-year-old while conducting an undercover human trafficking investigation in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Detectives said they responded to online advertisements for escort services in Rowan County, and the missing minor was the first to answer and agree to a deal for prostitution services.

During an interview with the victim, detectives said they discovered she was sent to Salisbury from Charlotte by a rideshare service, which was paid for and arranged by the suspect, Kadeem Williams.
