Reidsville completed a perfect season and won its first state title in 21 years after holding out Farmville Central, 78-77, in overtime. The game was a rematch of last year’s state title that the Jaguars won, 75-63. Dionte Neal came up big in overtime, making a layup with 17 seconds to go to give Reidsville a one-point lead. Kendre Harrison was the difference maker for the Rams with 19 points and 13 rebounds.Reidsville finishes the season a perfect 29-0, winning its fifth state title in school history.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Reidsville completed a perfect season and won its first state title in 21 years after holding out Farmville Central, 78-77, in overtime.
