They have already won three Super Bowls.Now, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are teaming up for a new adventure out of their Kansas City Chiefs uniforms.One of the NFL's greatest duo is set to open a new restaurant in Kansas City called 1587 Prime.It's a steakhouse that will set up shop in the Loews Kansas City Hotel.Noble 33 hospitality group announced its latest restaurant is set to open in early 2025 thanks to investment from the tight end and quarterback. Noble 33 shared several renderings of the new restaurant with KMBC 9 on Thursday.They say there will be private dining rooms, a world-class chef's kitchen, a meat display, and one of the largest wine collections in the state. The new restaurant will span nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors and will feature "hyper-subtle nods to Patrick and Travis' on-field accomplishments," the hospitality group said in press release on Thursday."Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City," Mahomes said in a statement provided by Noble 33.Kelce echoed his quarterback's excitement."We're excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own, Kansas City," Kelce said in the statement.According to Noble 33 founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, the modern steakhouse promises to provide an "unparalleled culinary journey.""We are thrilled to partner with Patrick and Travis to help bring our collective vision to life with 1587 Prime. This partnership represents a convergence of culinary artistry, athletic prowess, community enrichment, and unmatched hospitality,” said Tanha. “We are honored to collaborate with two icons of the game to create an unforgettable dining experience for Kansas City and beyond," added Berman.Noble 33’s portfolio of restaurants includes Toca Madera, Casa Madera, Sparrow Italia, Meduza Mediterrania, and soon-to-be 1587 Prime, located in Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, New York, Toronto, London, and coming soon to Miami, Houston and Kansas City.The hospitality group is undergoing a global expansion, with seven restaurant projects slated to open in the next 18 months.
