Aaron Hughes, 18, was charged with carrying a concealed gun, armed to the terror of the public, and discharging of firearm in city limits. Forty-year-old Rehman Arif and 38-year-old Christopher Gnash were charged with resisting, delaying, and obstructing a police investigation. Officers learned that Electric Tequila was hosting a gathering with a large number of validated criminal street gang members in attendance.

During the investigation, it was determined that 116 shell casings were used as evidence, and the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network determined that there were 14 guns used in the shootout in the front parking lot of Electric Tequila.

Five people were recently arrested in connection to the shootout:
