The rain has moved out, but the winds are picking up quickly. Our weather pattern is changing. We will get a break from the rain for a while. Sunday will be a dry and windy day, especially in the mountains where wind advisories have been issued through Monday.
WEATHER SETUP
A cooler air mass has pushed over the mountains, keeping us dry through Thursday. A reinforcing shot of cold air is approaching from the Midwest. The cold front may create a few clouds, but the weather should remain dry for the foreseeable future. The next weather system will come into the area on Friday and into next weekend bringing with it another chance for rain.
