Firefighters on Thursday morning responded to a massive fire at a Rocky Mount recycling plant.The fire was reported before 7:45 a.m. at Rocky Mount Recyclers at 816 Halifax Road. Multiple viewers told WRAL News a large plume of smoke could be seen from Interstate 95.
