Starting in on March 11 at 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on March 15, North Eugene Street between W. Smith Street and W. Friendly Avenue will be closed. North Eugene Street is getting paved during that time.Also, two lanes of West Smith Street between N. Edgeworth Street and Battleground Avenue will be closed. Drivers should use alternate routes on the detour map and expect delays.
