That is when deputies say there was a verbal fight between the customer and 18-year-old Ricky Miller, an employee. They said he didn't stop and then crashed his vehicle into a large field. Miller was taken into custody. Deputies said they found a semi-automatic pistol with an altered serial number and additional evidence of the shooting in his car. Authorities said they got a 911 call earlier this month about a man being shot at by a Dunkin' employee.

They said he didn't stop and then crashed his vehicle into a large field. Miller was taken into custody.

Deputies said they found a semi-automatic pistol with an altered serial number and additional evidence of the shooting in his car.
