TODAY’S HEARING FOR MITCHELL DAVID STEMMED FROM THAT INCIDENT. LAST MONTH, WINSTON-SALEM POLICE SAY HE HIT VEHICLES IN MULTIPLE NEIGHBORHOODS BEFORE FINALLY CRASHING AT SEVENTH AND BROAD STREETS, ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
