GRANT ITG’S MOTION. THE GREENSBORO CITY COUNCIL WILL SOON BE ABLE TO SEE VIDEO OF AN INCIDENT LATE LAST YEAR INVOLVING THE CITY MANAGER AND HIS TWO ADULT DAUGHTERS. THE GREENSBORO CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE CONFIRMED TO WXII THAT THIS MORNING, A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE GRANTED A REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS TO VIEW VIDEO RECORDED AT GREENSBORO CITY MANAGER TAIWO JAIYEOBA IS HOME THE GREENSBORO CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE CONFIRMED TO WXII THAT THIS MORNING, A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE GRANTED A REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS TO VIEW VIDEO RECORDED AT GREENSBORO. CITY MANAGER TY OGILBY’S HOME. THE CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE SAYS ANOTHER HEARING WILL TAKE PLACE NEXT MONDAY TO DETERMINE IF THE FOOTAGE WILL BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC IN STUDIO
