COURT TODAY. AND THREE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN AN ARMED ROBBERY AT THE SPEEDWAY ON SOUTH HAWTHORNE ROAD. ADAM CAMPBELL, TRINITY INGRAM AND JADEN FLOYD ARE ALSO ACCUSED OF LEADING POLICE ON A CHASE. Witnesses say the suspects left the scene in a silver sedan that had sustained damage to the rear. Shortly after, a vehicle matching the description of the getaway car was seen by officers on South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Police say they tried to initiate a traffic stop, but a pursuit started. The pursuit ended at the 3200 block of Konnoak Drive, near Haverhill Street. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Adam Campbell, 21, of Winston-Salem. He's charged with felony speeding to elude. Police say Campbell was out of jail, on a $68,400 bond, for seven charges including felony assault with a deadly weapon on government official from an incident in September. Campbell was given a $10,000 bond on the felony speeding to elude charge and has posted bond, according to police. The passenger, Trinity Ingram, 18, of Charlotte, was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. She was sent to the hospital for minor injuries and has since been released. She's in the Forsyth County jail with a $10,000 bond.During the investigation, officers were led to an apartment on Toddler Place Drive, near 26th Street and Bowen Boulevard. Officers obtained a search warrant and found the vehicle used in the robbery and pursuit. They also found clothing worn during the robbery, a gun, and items from the robbery.Jedan Floyd, 19, lived at the apartment, police say. He was identified as being involved in the robbery and was charged. He's in jail on a $250,000 bond.
