According to a news release, police officers were called to the scene to assist the fire department around 11 p.m.
Firefighters found the remains of Paul Rutledge, 76, in his townhouse, police said.

The fire department shared video of the fire on Twitter and said three people who lived in the building have been displaced.
The fire was in the back of the townhouse and a fire official on the scene said it took about 15 minutes to put out.
