Police have arrested one man connected to an Amber Alert and also a deadly shooting Thursday in Greensboro. They found two people suffering from gunshot wounds and treated both of them. On Friday, police said 25-year-old Sharelle Johnson died from her injuries. The second victim remains in stable condition at this time.The suspected shooter has been identified as Deon Lamar Monk, 23. Officers arrested Monk Friday in Harnett County. Police said a homicide investigation is underway.Monk is also accused of taking his 9-month-old, son, Kayson Monk. At 1:30 p.m., officers responded to a shooting on Phillips Avenue. They found two people suffering from gunshot wounds and treated both of them. On Friday, police said 25-year-old Sharelle Johnson died from her injuries. The second victim remains in stable condition at this time.
