Shooter turns himself in for opening fire into Little Caesars drive-thru window, officers say
The man who fired shots at a Winston-Salem restaurant was arrested Monday, deputies said.

Christopher Paz, 28, was identified as the suspected shooter that had opened fire into the drive-thru window at a Little Caesars on March 2.
Officers said this happened at the Little Caesars on Silas Creek Parkway.
Officers said Paz fired once through the window. The bullet stuck the interior wall of the business but no one was injured.
Paz turned himself in to authorities and was issued a $100,000 bond.

Paz is being charged with the following:
- Discharging firearms into occupieddwelling
- Discharging firearms in city limits
- Attempted assault with a deadly weapon
- Assault by pointing a gun
- Injury to personal property
