Fatal overdose leads to 3 arrests, deputies say
ANY HELPFUL INFORMATION. THIS MORNING, THESE THREE PEOPLE ARE IN IN THE ALAMANCE COUNTY JAIL. KYLE JOHNSON, JACOB BYRD AND RACHEL HALL ARE ALL ACCUSED OF SELLING DRUGS TO SOMEONE WHO THEN OVERDOSED AND DIED. INVESTIGATORS SAY THE DEADLY OVERDOSE HAPPENED BACK ON JANUARY 2ND AT A HOME ON HIGHWAY 87 SOUTH OF GRAHAM.

Three people have been charged with selling heroin to an overdose victim, deputies said. On Jan. 2, deputies responded to reports of a fatal drug overdose on S. North Carolina Highway 87 in Graham. During the investigation, Kyle Lee Johnson, 27, was arrested for the sell/delivery of heroin to the person that overdosed.
