Fatal overdose leads to 3 arrests, deputies say
Three people have been charged with selling heroin to an overdose victim, deputies said.
On Jan. 2, deputies responded to reports of a fatal drug overdose on S. North Carolina Highway 87 in Graham.
During the investigation, Kyle Lee Johnson, 27, was arrested for the sell/delivery of heroin to the person that overdosed.

Jacob Sterling Byrd, 29, and Rachel Marie Hall, 27, were also arrested for conspiracy to sell/deliver heroin in this overdose death.
Byrd was additionally served warrants for conspiracy to sell/deliver heroin and other narcotics-related charges.
Byrd was issued a $300,000 bond.
Johnson was issued a $35,0000 and $150,000 bond. He received a total bond of $185,000.
Hall was issued a $30,000 bond.
