A place to call home: Young boy in foster care exudes gentle, loving spirit in need of a home
A 12-year-old boy is looking for a permanent and safe forever family.
Tristan's gentle, loving spirit doesn’t go unnoticed the moment you meet him. He loved exploring the exhibits at the Greensboro Children’s Museum with WXII 12's Audrey Biesk.
Tristan said he especially loved playing on the firetruck.
“I want to be a firefighter, because I can help people and save people," Tristan said.
He had a couple of words to describe himself. He said, "I'm handsome and I'm brave."
And that he is, Tristan’s favorite part of the day was exploring outside because he was determined to climb the 30-foot tall jungle gym so he could go down the slide.
Mission accomplished.
The Children's Home Society of North Carolina said Tristan will thrive with a family who can meet his needs and advocate for him. Call 336-271-7989 or click here to help prove a place to call home.
