we're here on the campus of north Carolina *** and T. Where coach, Vincent Brown is the newest head football coach of the Aggies coach. Brown, Happy to join me coach. Congratulations! Welcome. What is about this job? Well thank you very much. Uh the university's commitment to being excellent in academics and in athletics and having *** chance to talk to *** D Hilton and their commitment to bringing the program to *** place where excellence is the norm was very appealing and I'm super excited to be here. You've got plenty of experience playing in the pros coach professionally level. You've had *** bunch of coaches that have led you along this way as well. Who have you heard from and how can you use some of their experiences to help you here on your first date coaching? So you know, Bill parcells gave me my entree into coaching back in 2006. Al grow has been *** great mentor for me. I can't say enough about Mike London, our head coach the last few years, especially at William and mary um all of those men have played *** very important role in my development as *** coach and as *** leader of the last four years in the CIA transitioning into this conference? How can you help this program get there with your experience having been in this conference and what is the program kind of assured you about helping you get this journey? Yeah, I think one of the things is that I know what it looks like and sometimes you can't put your finger on it specifically, but I know what an elite program looks like, how they dress, how they travel, they eat, how they train, how they practice. And those are the things that I think we have to aspire to become elite, How we practice, how we dress, how we train, how we eat, how we live, all of those things. And then the winds will come. If we, if we stay process oriented, the winds will come last question. What does the team look like on the football field? Next, very disciplined, tough competitive will fight to the end and will not beat ourselves. Thank you very much. Coach becomes the 22nd head coach in program history. We'll see if all of that comes to fruition on the football field next season. Quick it up for now, reporting on the campus of north Carolina and john johnson, W. X I II

It's a new era of Aggie football in Greensboro. Monday, North Carolina A&T introduced Vincent Brown as the program's 22nd head football coach.Brown joins North Carolina A&T after spending the last four seasons as the Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for William & Mary. During Monday's introductory press conference, North Carolina A&T Athletic Director Earl Hilton III said Brown was "my first contact when the coaching search began". Hilton furthered, that Brown's coaching resume at the professional and collegiate levels made him the right man for the job. But Brown also brings extensive experience in the Colonial Athletic Association. Next season, the Aggies will transition from the Big South to the CAA. Under his guidance, North Carolina A&T hopes Brown can deliver similar success to Greensboro as he did at William & Mary. He was part of a staff that guided the Tribe to the FCS Playoffs this past season. WXII's John Johnson spoke one-on-one with the Aggies new head football coach.
