BOND FOR CHRISTOPHER PARMENTER IS NOW $200,000. HE AND MADELEINE’S MOTHER, DIANA COJOCARU, WERE ARRESTED ON SATURDAY AND CHARGED WITH FAILING TO REPORT MADELEINE’S DISAPPEARANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER. A judge has increased bond for a stepfather of 11-year old Madalina Cojocari who went missing more than two weeks before being reported to authorities. She was last seen on Nov. 23 and reported missing on Dec. 15, according to Cornelius police.FBI has released additional pictures of Madalina on Friday.Her mother Diana Cojocari and stepfather Christopher Palmiter were arrested on Saturday and charged with failing to report Madelina's disappearance in a timely manner.Palmiter's bond is now $200,000.Prosecutors said that both parents have been interviewed, but neither gave a reason for why they waited so long to report her disappearance. The FBI is assisting with the investigation.
