'Here comes the cavalry,' 250 Duke Energy trucks come to North Carolina
Because of the winter storm, Duke Energy believes around 750,000 customers could lose power in the Carolinas. They say some of the hardest hit areas could lose power for several days. Duke Energy says more than 10,000 workers are on standby across the Carolinas, including about 4100 workers from other companies.
