Bill O’Neil was born and raised in Manhattan. He came to WXII in 1991.

He’s a graduate of Minot State University in North Dakota where he met his wife, Sharlene.

The O’Neils have 3-children and 4-grandkids.

Bill enjoys books, sports and watching old movies. He and Sharlene have a podcast about classic films called ‘Movies Our Kids Won’t Watch’ available wherever you get your podcasts.

Bill is avid Backgammon and Scrabble player.
